How do we package our shipments?

Our main goal is your satisfaction, wizards, our customers. We strive to deliver your package as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. This is achieved by packaging shipments in line with the principles of responsible eco-friendly packaging.

We give boxes a second chance

Just like you, we receive many shipments in cardboard boxes from our suppliers. We make every effort to reuse these boxes whenever possible and send packages out in them to help save our planet. So, don’t be surprised if you receive a cardboard box with the label or logo of another company; it’s simply our way of reducing waste.

Packaging material doesn’t have to be just plastic

We have products that are very fragile, but also products that are not. We approach each package with special care and choose the filling material responsibly. Whenever possible, we use eco-friendly filling such as sturdy paper, shredded paper, recycled paper, bubble wrap, or scraps from unused boxes. Although we try to avoid plastics as much as possible, in some cases, bubble wrap is necessary due to the nature of the product. By ensuring perfect protection of the product, we guarantee smooth transport and avoid issues related to damage during shipping. Handling returns would cause far more harm to the planet through additional shipping than using a piece of recycled bubble wrap. When we use bubble mailers, we carefully select those that allow for the separation of the bubble wrap from the paper part for easy recycling.
